Yes, and we just paid $120 for our DD's F150.

And, I just paid $42 for my RAV4. Not having any public transportation around here really sucks.

We have light-rail in Sacramento which is a joke. It doesn't go anywhere I need to go.

In a meantime, oil companies are making all kinds of money....

We're at 3.65 per gallon, or at least we were on Monday when I filled the tank. It does cause you to rethink your driving habits.

the LR system is OK if you live on the line. it is the bus system that takes forever. to go 7 miles to work take me an hour and i have to change to a LR train half way through.

There is a Chevron by my work that is $4/gallon.

The grocery store wars by our house mean I haven't paid more than $3.65. Phew!!

It seemed in the past all the gas stations were kind of the same when prices got high, but the only gas stations I see regularly are that Chevron and Safeway and Bel Air. The grocery stores are considerably cheaper, even before discounts. I don't know if the stores are that good or if the Chevron is that bad. ??? Maybe both...
