We have light-rail in Sacramento which is a joke. It doesn't go anywhere I need to go.

the LR system is OK if you live on the line. it is the bus system that takes forever. to go 7 miles to work take me an hour and i have to change to a LR train half way through.

The grocery store wars by our house mean I haven't paid more than $3.65. Phew!!
It seemed in the past all the gas stations were kind of the same when prices got high, but the only gas stations I see regularly are that Chevron and Safeway and Bel Air. The grocery stores are considerably cheaper, even before discounts. I don't know if the stores are that good or if the Chevron is that bad. ??? Maybe both...
