Cheap laundry soap

Got to love Walgreens.

They have Buy $25 get $5 off coupon till Saturday.

Arm & Hammer laundry detergent is sales with their in-ad coupon. The beauty is, $5 coupon is generated BEFORE coupons!

So, I bought 4 of 32 loads laundry soap, $7.49 each, used in-ad coupon to knock $22 off, then used two $1/1 coupons.

Final price, $6.58 including tax and got $5 off coupon back.

I'm planning to go back for some more as free (or almost free) laundry soap is hard to come by around here.

I've been getting purex (from Dollar General) for 99 cents after coupons, when it is on sale for $1.99 and with a $1 coupon. I save my coupons for those sales and stock up.

You can stack Walgreens coupons?? As in, you used two coupons? My coupon only said limit 2. Frown Just wondering how you bought 4. Great, you just reminded me I had a coupon too - that I didn't use!

I snagged the 39 cent cough drops too - good deal!

Believe it or not, I stepped foot in Walgreens for the first time on Sunday. I've been missing out.

    dmontngrey,

Yes, Walgreens let us stack their in-ad coupons and manufacture coupons. Also, I know their in-ad coupon says limit 2, but they don't normally impose the limit. (Depends on the store manager.) and in-ad coupon will give you discount regarless of the qty you buy.
